What is City Link?
City Link is a mobile app for cricket matches, tournaments, videos, news, shows and community features.
Where can I download the app?
The public Google Play listing is not live yet. See the download page.
How do I create an account?
Sign up with your full name, a unique username, email address and password. A mobile number is optional.
How can I find tournaments and matches?
Open the app home or live section. Tournaments have their own pages and stay separate from show collections.
Why is a video unavailable?
The video may be unpublished, removed, or missing a playable stream. The app shows that the content is unavailable instead of opening an empty player.
How do I update my profile?
Open My Profile, then Edit Profile, to change your display name, username and bio. Usernames must stay unique.
How do I contact support?
Use the contact page. Do not send your password.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Use the report and block tools in the app, or send a copyright or content complaint from the copyright page.
How can I request account deletion?
Use Delete Account in the app settings, or the account deletion page.
